PropertyPlus – The Property Management application for Owners and Tenants, allowing you to see extensive real time information for your property.

Owners – Propertyplus gives you complete visibility over your investment property file. It allows you to see instantly when your tenant has paid their rent, when the last inspection was completed and when the rent was last reviewed. At the tap of a button you will see all your property data in real time and be able to view the property financials and statements.

Tenants – Propertyplus gives you access to your property details. It allows you to see instantly where your rent is paid to, when your lease is due for renewal and lots more.

For both Owners and Tenants, Propertyplus lets your property manager proactively notify you of important changes and events related to your property such as details of rent paid, upcoming inspections, maintenance issues and other important notes. You can also use the PropertyPlus to directly contact your property team, request maintenance and view, view relevant documents and more.
We understand that not everyones needs are the same. So as an end client of the Agentplus platform, we’d like you to tell us what information you would like and when you would like to receive it.

Things you should know:

1. This service is only available to clients of Managing Agents using the Agentplus platform – Check with your Managing Agent

2. You will need a login to use the service. Refer to your property manager for how to achieve this.

3. Mobile data downloading or internet usage charges may apply. Check with your internet service provider or your mobile phone service provider.
